By accessing or using ZipFlipbook (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use ZipFlipbook to upload, share, or embed any documents that:

• Infringe on any third party's copyright, trademark, or intellectual property rights.
• Contain malicious code, malware, viruses, or phishing attempts.
• Feature sexually explicit, illegal, or highly regulated materials.
• Violate any local, state, national, or international laws.

We reserve the right to immediately terminate accounts and delete flipbooks that violate these rules without prior notice.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

Your Content: You retain all ownership rights to the PDF documents you upload. ZipFlipbook claims no intellectual property rights over your content.

Our Platform: ZipFlipbook retains all rights, title, and interest in the platform's architecture, WebGL rendering code, UI designs, and embedded viewer software. You may not reverse-engineer or attempt to extract our source code.

4. Limitation of Liability

ZipFlipbook is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. In no event shall ZipFlipbook, nor its directors, employees, or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or leads resulting from your use of the service or any platform downtime.
